This letter confirms that I, ___________________________ will take full responsibility for all items while out on loan, and return them back on (Date) ____________ by 5PM. All items must be returned in same condition as when sent out on loan. This includes labels and price tags in original condition. Any items that are damaged and or need cleaning will be charged to the credit card on file along with the 30% restocking fee. This fee is non-negotiable or refundable. I understand that I, __________________________ will be charged full retail price for any missing or damaged items. Sunset Shop will be credited for all items photographed and reserves the right to share credited content on all social media platforms.
